Note: Proof of change of residency (updates to student addresses) must be done in person and must be submitted within 10 days of the move. When changing an address in person please bring:

  • copy of deed/lease/rental agreement
  • current utility bill
  • notarized letter stating that family is living at the designated address (this can be done at R-FH)
